I am hosting my development copy of my web appliation on my Vista machine. I
am using impersonation and the user in question is nothing but a member of
the Domain Users group.
What *local* security does it take for this user to be able to open a
database connection? I have tried Users and Power Users and both resulted in
the error "Error = ERROR [IM004] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's
SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed Source = "
When I make the impersonated user a member of the local Administrators
group, everything works fine.
