IXwebhosting.com good ?

I realize this is alt.freewebhosting but alt.webhosting is not active so
here goes, anyone used (using ?) IX webhosting.com

considering their Economy plan which gets you a domain name (I need one) and
500 MB of disk space on a Linux box (no SQL support or ASP ((active server
pages)) but pretty much everything else) for $ 4.95 a month (free setup with
2 year pre-pay) comments / suggestions please.
