IPV6 problem with install apache

Hi,

I have reinstalled Apache 2.0.48 on Gentoo Linux.

But after completed installing. The problem disappeared.

The apachectl can not start as usual .

The error message was follow:

no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

I have to try my best to aviod it myself .

But it's also stand there.

Could somebody tell me where i can find the answer to this problem.
