I am using the W3C log format on IIS6 (Windows 2003 Std. SP1) set to rollover
using the local time. I am in the eastern time zone, so we are currently 5
hours behind GMT. The header at the beginning of the logfiles has a date
line like the following:

#Date: 2006-12-22 05:00:00

The problem is that the first x number of log entries contain times of
04:59:59. I say x number of entries because some days it is only a few
entries, other days it could be 20 entries.

I never have this problem on my IIS5 servers.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?
