It means ASP.dll crashed. Which OS? Have you run Windows Update?

Hi Pat,

This is a Windows 2000 server and fully patched. I suspected this is the
problem on the ASP.dll too. I've re-registered the original asp.dll, it's
still not working, and then copied the asp.dll from another Windows 2000
server and did the registartion again, the problem still persists. Pls
advice. thanks

This is the command I'm using

type regsvr32 asp.dll /u
then regsvr32 asp.dll

Re-registering won't help for this problem.

If you have not already done so, install SP4 and re-run Windows Update. If
the problem continues, you'll need to contact MS-Support.
