Ok I'm confused. (nothing new there)

I ran across this site
(http://www.microsoft.com/serviceproviders/hosting/web_hos
ting.asp)

Now my question is....If i want to host for others and
charge, do i have to license IIS? Or is this just for
application hosting with in IIS?

(Raises hand and swears not to use linux or Sun
appliances)

Any clarity will be greatly appreciated.

Kevin
