Is it possible to hide website to be unvisible from MMC for some users. I
mean, that I want some users opens IIS console will not see in the tree some
web sites???

Hmmm...

You can't hide it, but you could restrict access to the MMC and use a
control panel or web based administration program for specific sites.
This would be similar to any decent hosting company, though you'll
likely find yourself writing most of the scripting for control
yourself.
