Help with formmail on Godaddy

As I'm sure you've already guessed, I'm a newbie. I can't figure out what
I've done wrong with the script. After pressing submit it says it can't
find page and I get no email.

Godaddy excerpt:
HTML allows you to send the output from a form in two ways, get or post. You
may use either with our form-mailer script. Just be sure to list the script
in the action line as follows:

action=/cgi/gdform.cgi

The website is http://www.southeasttalent.com/Model_App.htm

Looks like the CGI doesn't exist where it says it should.
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.southeasttalent.com/cgi/gdform.cgi" target="_blank">http://www.southeasttalent.com/cgi/gdform.cgi</a> does not exist.

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.jomax.net/cgi/gdform.cgi" target="_blank">www.jomax.net/cgi/gdform.cgi</a> doesn't exist (the domain of your
nameserver)

hosting110.secureserver.net/cgi/gdform.cgi doesn't exist (the last hop in
a traceroute to your site)

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://64.202.166.210/cgi/gdform.cgi" target="_blank">http://64.202.166.210/cgi/gdform.cgi</a> doesn't exist (the IP address of
your site

You should contact their support department - the site suggests it's 24/7
support.
