Hardcoded Limit Of Connections

Hi ,
You may be using a Windows 2000 professional server which restricts the
connections to 10.
If this is the case then the behavior is as expected.
Please let me know if this is not the case.

I'm using Windows 2000 Professional , This problem only become apparent after using the lockdown tool.
