IIS Hangs Once Per Day Event ID: 37

I have a IIS 5 Web Server on Win2k Adv. Srv. SP3 that
hangs once per day. I get the following two messages in
the System Event Log. I have to restart the machine to
get IIS Back. Any thoughts on what is causing this and
how to fix it?

Out of process application '/LM/w3svc/999/ROOT' terminated
unexpectedly.

The server stop serving requests for
application '/LM/w3svc/999/ROOT' because the number of Out
of Process component crashes exceed a limit.

Does your application connect to a database?
How many applications are running on the server?
What application protection are the site(s) running in? (low, medium, high)
If this is something that recently started happening what has changed in
your environment (software, hardware, network)?
