Hi all,

I have a very special problem with apache 1.3.27 & php 4.3.1 ...

My httpd process usualy use 10 - 15 % cpu ....
But every 45 min (about), it goes to 99 % cpu use and all websites came down
....
The only way to make it working again is to restart apache ...

Any idea ? Is it a know bug ?

you may want to check mysql (process list of mysql : select,
update....). It's available thru mysqladmin command.
Take a look at apache logs, and netstat output.

If you can check all this at the very moment apache goes wild, you'll
surely find out what's going on.
If it doesn't help, activate detailed php logging.
