When accessing my local websites I get:

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer

I can access them in debug mode from Visual Studio.

I tried putting IUSR_..., IWAM... and ASPNET users into the admin
group (for testing) but it did not help.

I tried uninstalling my firewall but it did not help.

I run WinXP with all updates.

Any ideas???? Thanks.
