Hello,

Is there a program that will move an html file to the front page?

I have an html message board and would like to move the last post on
the board to the front page. This would change every time that there
is a new post.

Any help would be appreciated.

- John

Either part of the message board, or written in some server-side
language as a one-off for your site. It's not hard to do though.

One quick hack for it (needs a sophisticated BB or CMS, but if it's at
all possible then it's easy) is via RSS. As the latest content is
offered as RSS, and if your CMS can import RSS and stick it on the home
page, then it's easy to simply point it back at itself. You only need
to configure a trivial bit of transform script to select the latest
item and just the headline and link.
