Whats up yall?
Ive been looking for a filter or a plug-in for photoshop that makes grids
and lines. Nothing crazy, just simple graph, grid or line patterns that are
small and simple. Ive been looking for one for a long ass time, like 2years
atleast. lol. Would anybody happen to have one or know where I could find
one. It would be much appreciated, cheers.

I found this through Google in 2 minutes:
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://webreference.com/graphics/column22/4.html" target="_blank">http://webreference.com/graphics/column22/4.html</a>

Not a filter, but easy grids in Photoshop.

If you had a manual and knew the program, making a grid would be trivial.

If you dont have anything good to say, dont say anything at all. I never
claimed to be Mr. Badass with photoshop. Just asking a question. Welcome to
Usenet.

Also, I have a manual. And I *can* make a grid, a graph and a bunch of
lines. I can do a lot more than that, I'm actually pretty familiar with
photoshop. I was looking for a filter or plugin.
Thanks for the tip, jackass.

Furthermore.. For proof that I know how to use photoshop see
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.bizcardfx.com" target="_blank">www.bizcardfx.com</a> My latest site.
Or you can see a site Im making with photoshop and flash
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.bizcardfx.com/erik/portfolio" target="_blank">www.bizcardfx.com/erik/portfolio</a>
Or how about my other site thats in progress ?
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://home.earthlink.net/~mr3rik/" target="_blank">http://home.earthlink.net/~mr3rik/</a>
Ill even give you the URL for the first site Ive ever made ?
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.ziplink.net/~eriks" target="_blank">www.ziplink.net/~eriks</a> Keep in mind I was 15 when I made this one and it was
all just for fun. So again, watch your assumptions.
Because you dont know me, bottom line, so why would you want to be rude to a
random stranger? Because I was asking what you considered a stupid question?
You might as well start wearing a sign that says "Im a jackass, come be my
friend". Its my turn to make an assumption. I assume your just now letting
up all the built up agressions from your years as a kid. A kid with no
friends.

So I will forgive you for your outburst, my friend. =)<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I think you should remember that people aren't always going to be nice to
you, and learn to take a jab on the chin like a man.

I think you should come to realize that most people on Usenet don't give a
flying fsck about assuming the worst about anyone they know relatively
little about, and following it up with the appropriate insults.

I think you should know by now that being obsessed with protecting your
character every time you're provoked is going to tire you out rather
quickly, and leave little left for intelligent discussion and contribution
to this ng.

Here's why:

You have not spent enough time with Photoshop to develop proficiency with
guides, the grid command, or even the "define pattern" command. Yet, you
claim to have used this $600 top-of-the-line image editing program for
two years.

I can infer that you are using warez on that basis. A student would have
been taught the basics of the grid and lines at least. I really
disrespect anyone who would steal their tools. So, you are no longer a
random stranger, but a random warez user. That's why you are getting
hate.

 > You might as well start wearing a sign that says "Im
 > a jackass, come be my friend".

You steal your tools. I don't want a friend like you.

 > Its my turn to make an assumption. I

Might be true!

 > So I will forgive you for your outburst, my friend. =)

Now that's generous.

I have a site made with photoshop from 1997. I could show it to you and you
can check the first guestbook entry if you like. Ive been using it for more
than 2years, more like almost 7.

I can show you atleast 10 sites Ive made. And theres several more that arent
there.

I can use the stroke tool to make a stroke, but I have plug-ins for that. I
could use actions to make a drop shadow but I have plug-ins for that. I
could use layer styles to make a glow effect, but I have plug-ins for that.
I have alot of filters that make textures, Im sure you do too, but you can
do that with define patterns. I can think of endless scenarios. So your
point is invalid.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Ive been reading usenet for quite some time, started reading newsgroups
almost 7years ago in a group called le.bannermakers, back when I made free
banners for Link Exchange just to help me learn photoshop and web design.
Anyone remember them? Anyway the point is, I know a troll when I see one.
And I occasionally like to speak whats on my mind.

that kind of hypocritical ?
