Post subject: Google PR and IFRAME

This is the HTML you insert when joining thebanner.net,
Does this count towards PR? After its loaded the status
bar shows the link as going directly to the banners site.
If it counts towardes thebanner.net I should get SE traffic
after the 1st hundred or so members, that would influence my
decision for paid promotion.
