Had a quick look at them. What are the main changes, looked like the
usual stuff to me?

From the email..

Updated Terms and Conditions

As a result of publisher feedback, we will not be paying out all accounts at
the end of the year. We'll continue to pay publishers on a regular schedule,
and will send payments to qualifying publishers with earnings balances over
$100. In addition, cancelled accounts will only be paid out if their account
has earned a minimum of $10. Please take the time to read the updated Google
AdSense Terms & Conditions thoroughly the next time you log in.

Also from Google: Google Print

Google's mission is to organize the world's information and make it
universally accessible and useful. Since a lot of the world's information
isn't yet online, we're helping to get it there. Google Print puts the
content of books where you can find it most easily; right in Google search
results.

To use Google Print, just search on Google as you normally would. For
example, do a search on a subject such as "Books about Ecuador Trekking," or
search on a title like "Romeo and Juliet." Whenever a book contains content
that matches your search terms, we'll show links to that book in your search
results. Click on the book title and you'll see the page that contains your
search terms, as well as other information about the book. You can also
search for other topics within the book. Click "Buy this Book" and you'll go
straight to a bookstore selling the book online.

Right now we're just testing this program, so you may not see books in your
results for every search. But you can expect to see more and more books
popping up in your search results in the coming months.

If you're a book publisher and you'd like to have your books included in
Google search results, look into the Google Print program for publishers.

OK, thanks.

The payment thing isn't a problem.

The book thing was discussed here a while back. I don't like it, they
are simply ads dressed up as a useful search result. Don't like that
particular road Google is going down.

Hardly worth the bother then.

Once it does go over $100 they will pay out, whenever that may be!

I thought you were a champion of Google Adsense? I thought I was the
only one cynical of it?
