Frontpage extensions frames

We have an intranet with frontpage extensions 2002 on IIS
5 on Windows 2000 server. I also seem to get the same
problem on windows xp. When we publish our intranet it
does not display the frames for the pages. Our main page
displays but not the frames with our navigation buttons.
I have reinstalled IIS and frontpage extensions. Does
anyone have any information that could help!? I can not
seem to narrow down this problem. Is there a speific
setting I am missing?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated or any
helpful frontpage extension websites.

Frames do not depend on the FrontPage Server Extensions or IIS.
Without being able to see the website, it's hard to diagnose.
