Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

I have Sharepoint services installed on a web site and could happily connect with Frontpage 2003 and modify pages. All of a sudden, when I try to connect to the site with Fronptage 2003 and load a page - I keep getting the following error message:
" The server could not complete your request ...... make sure the server has Frontpage Server Extensions or Sharepoint Services installed"

I have this now happening on 3 sites that I administer - please help.

Your situation is somewhat strange.

I had the same problem but....all I had to do was configure the server
extensions.

Since you said it used to work before (sever extensions), then you might
have a dif. issue.

maybe your comp reseted or was damaged sometime ago?

If I was in your shoe, I would check any logs to see if an errors are shown.
If you don't find anything, atleast try to configure the server extensions
again

this might not help at all, but better you hear something than nothing
