I seem to have a problem with authentication on the admin pages of FP02SE. I installed FP02SE anad was having problems with uploading from FrontPage, so I reinstalled the extesion, no Whenever I try to get to the admin pages, I get the error page:

You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this page using your current user account.
Please try the following:

If you have another user account with a higher level of permission, click
your browser's Back button to try again using that account.
If you believe you should be able to view this page, contact the Web site administrator.

I've tried setting the permissions on both the folders and in IIS but to no avail. I also tried re-installing IIS and the server extensions again.

Are you using an account that is a member of the server's local
Administrators group? If not, start there ...

I'm using the built-in account, and my personal account is
a member so this isn't the problem. I'd worked out it was
an authentication problem, I just need to know where the
problem is lying.
