You should run IISState against the offending W3WP.exe process. But you
could start by making sure that you have the very latest Jet/MDB fixes
(there is a known issue w/Jet that causes a hang). You have to call
MS-Support to get the Jet update or install SP1 (it is RC right now).

Hi and thank for the fast reply,
i have 2 Server using 2003 (one in my office)
and another at home.

1) How do i know what service pack is installed, since one is a server
that i pay monthly

and yes w3wp.exe is freezing and if i kill that process it work again.

2) Only way to get the last update is sending email to Microsoft
support?

You should run IISState when your application is running and the
IISState should run untill the application crashes. Then you may post
the IISState log file for further analysis.

You need to call their hotline and they will determine whether or not
you need the fix.

Once it freezes, then run IISState and we can verify the issue.
