IIS Exception Monitor

Hello everyone

Where can I find the ixcptmon.exe for the IIS Exception Monitor?
The Microsoft article to this tool (http://support.microsoft.com/support/
kb/articles/q160/3/60.asp) is offline for quite some time.

I need it for troubleshooting purposes.

Exception Monitor is obsolete. You can use either AD+ which comes with the
debugger pack or IISState.
