OK. I downloaded FileMon but I can't really tell if there's a file access
problem here. The file I'm accessing from IE with (http:\localhost\stan) is
called default.asp:

All lines begin with w3wp.exe:2900

UPDATE

I did the FileMon thing on drive C and noticed this:

2:39:34 PM w3wp.exe:3800 CREATE
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\JET8A22.tmp ACCESS DENIED
SOTTUETOOLS\IUSR_WOTTXW42002K3

There are a few 0-byte files named as above in the Windows\temp folder.
Also, user IUSR_WOTTXW42002K3 is the Internet Guest account. Should it have
rights to write to the Windows\temp folder?
