Any Email With This Feature?

I want to have an email service which will tell me the IP and time of my
last login. It is a pretty easy feature, but hotmail or yahoo does not
provide this. This security feature can make sure if the account is broken
in.

it cant make sure. only by the time, not IP. just take a note of the
last time you logged in.
