Dose any one do this here?
I don't have use to a credit card, I wanted to register a domain and
hosting and pay by money order. Can someone help me out. Perfer
godaddy.com but if theres a better deal I'm for it. (Have run websites
before, 5 years runing.) Thanks relply to email.

You need to find a registrar, or a small company who also acts as a
registrar, who is willing to register the domain and invoice you for it.

to your account for you to register a domain with.

They might take a money order. Signing up for an
account is free and you don't need to register a domain
to do so.
