When I open my page through my domain name and I try editing it with notepad
I can't see any HTML (just some weird short code). If I open it directly
through my host url it's normal. If I submit it to search engines with
domain name url will they see my meta tags?
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like your domain provider is using a frame to redirect visitors
to your other URL. The HTML source you're seeing is the frameset page,
and that will be short.

They *should* provide you with options to put your existing META tags
into the frame page that's used. If not I suggest moving to a host
who'll allow you to directly point your domain name at their servers.
