Dear,
I would like to host two web site at home by IIS 5, but i only have 1 Public
IP Address, the IIS 5 can handle two domain name point to two destination
with one IP Address ? If yes, Could you let me know how to set it up ?

Hi,
Yes, you can Host Headers for this. There's a "How To" KB-Article about
this, but i do not have the number for it right now. If you cannot find it,
please let me know, and i will try to find it for you.
