Disk Quota

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I was wondering if there is
a way to setup Disk Quota's for Websites hosting under IIS.

I know you can setup Disk Quota from the Hard Drives Properties, but what if
the client under IIS is only using it for hosting, no user account that can
be linked to that folder (FrontPage - Admin Account)? Even then does it work
properly?

Any feed back is greatly appreciated.

You'll need to have some user account that can write to that folder. I
wasn't able to find anything on iisfaq or the MSKB, but this app mentions
managing quotas in IIS:
