Looking for a new Webmaster/Developer

Hello All,
I don't know if this is the best place to post this message
so please, don't flame/spam me if this isn't the right place...

I have been in the process of developing a website for 3-4 months
with a person who is now, out of business.

I need to find someone who is capable of assisting me in finishing
my website.

Suggestions? Recommendations?

Any assistance you all could provide would be greatly appreciated.

First off : have you made enquiries locally?
o In the pub
o Neighbouring businesses
o Chamber of commerce
o etc ...

Next up: have you asked your technology partners?
o Web host
o IT supplier
o IT Support
o etc ...
