Hi everybody, I'm in the process of redesign a customer
DMZ architecture, they plan to have two servers like the
wewb front end pieces, I would like to provide tolerance
and scalability, can somebody ilustrate me in which cases
is better implement a NLB instead of cluster solucion
using MS services with a share drive ?
Can be MS clsuter services active/active with IIS ?
Any ideas I really apreciate

Microsoft does not recommend using IIS and the cluster
service. Use NLB instead...

I can second that. We cluster IIS with a shared drive, and regret it
whenever we have to do maintenance or update content. Its doable, but it
would have been much better to use NLB in hindsight.

We just clustered it in the first place because we wanted to see if it would
work (problem with giving geeks the keys to the car....)
