Deploying ASP.NET

Please point me to a more appropriate newsgroup if this one is not correct
for this issue.

Basically I have an ASP.NET app that is running fine on my development
machine, but when I copy it to the webserver it crashes with a Specified
Cast is Invalid error. Looking for some ideas why an app works fine in
development and not on server.

I am very new to this so all help would be appreciated.

Problem Solved. It was an IIS issue. Somehow I flip flopped the list of
Documents under Enable default content page. So it was attempting to load
the wrong page. Seeing the page work on development and not in production
put me in the IIS world.
