Thanks for the reply. I don't see why the article is removed completely whilst a fix is being tested... What about those people who are unaware of the problem at all, never mind the future availability of a fix? I have e-mailed Microsoft a few times about the article but haven't received a reply on any instance. Sounds like you have had a bit more luck than me.
We have already begun migrating our public databases to SQL Server now anyway, so I can't even see this being an issue within a month or so.

Now, I was told that this would be about a week away when I asked (which was
a week ago), and the article still isn't back, so I don't know what the new
ETA is. Also, a "fix" has been in the works for many months now, so I
wouldn't expect it to be out any time soon (but I do know there is one that
is undergoing beta testing).
