Post subject: Default webpages

Help! This is the second time this has happened to me. The
first time, I had to flatten my server and start over. The
problem is that any webpage with the name default.* (where
* is .htm, .html, .asp) simply disappears from view and
the page cannot be viewed. If I try to add a default.*
page, it gives me an error saying the page is already
there and cannot be added, renamed, etc.

If this is continuing saga I would suggest some type of corruption or
virus. Never heard of this.
