Sorry for the late reply...
It's important you understand this, if you are getting a prompt and you are
only using Integrated Auth, guess what? You're not using Integrated Auth,
you're using BASIC.
When Integrated fails, it promptes the end user to supply username and
password.
So if you are relying on this method, enable Basic and do as I've
suggested.
Take note to the fact, this is unsecure... you should get an ssl cert on
the server.
