Default WEb Site won't start

I really don't see ANYTHING when I try to start it. I right click on
the default site and choose "Start" and NOTHING happens. I've tried
clicking the "PLay" icon from the toolbar. Nothing in the status bar
and nothing in event viewer. I've tried many times across multiple
reboots.
