Check out Valueweb.net for a reasonable dedicated server with great
bandwidth providers. It is the same data center as skynetweb.com. You
get to piggy back on their high end colo customers who are paying
upwards of 20K per month. The network has real redundancy with three
separate local loops. I know I designed it. I am retired now but an
still proud of this network. If you go with some of the other low cost
producers you get real low end bandwidth. If you need personal service
and can afford $100.00 per month for 1U check out ArcadiaNetworks.com.
You will need a referral to get a server with Nick. The colo is in the
same Ft lauderdale data center but you get the benefit of dealing with a
CCIE and a great guy. He worked for me for years prior to starting his
own company. There are a lot of choices out there and I have personal
experience with this network. My servers are there and mirrored at Miami
NAP.
