offering a data feed, how can I add to the website I am webmaster for?

That depends on the format the feed is offered in, and possibly the server

They say they offer 3 options for the download format: Text, Excel and
XML. I don't know yet what the host provides in server side scripting
environment<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

How vague. It rather depends how the data is structured, XML is likely to be
the best bet as there are plenty of XML processing tools out there.

You'll need to find that out then (unless you want to preprocess the data at
another site[1] and upload only static pages)

[1] e.g. your office workstation
