Thanks all, have been with Fasthosts for 6 years now but I think I shall
have to take my loyalty elsewhere - the service just is not up to speed.

It's an anagram of dishrag. It was also (coincidentally) the name of a
species of monster in the Dr Who story "carnival of monsters". There
will be a reference for it in the encyclopaedia next week.

That's about it....

I thought so. It's intended to be a new data-only search engine, uses
the same data as the encyclopaedia, but hopefully the domain name is
easier to remember and spell!

Three months off - sitting by the beach-bar surrounded by a medley of
sun-kissed virgins will do for starters.

If you've been using Fasthosts for 6 years, that means you started using
them in July '98.

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://tinyurl.com/3m599" target="_blank">http://tinyurl.com/3m599</a>

Seeing as they were incorporated in October '98, I find that VERY hard to
believe. Sorry to be picky.

Picky is the right word alright!!

I have been online six years. No, not since July 1998.

I left school twenty five years ago. No, not July 1979.

Anyway. Fasthosts may have been in business before they became a limited
company.

Why do you assume they only started trading at this time??

AffordableHOST traded for six years (no, not July 1997) before becoming
incorporated. Very common in the US and Britain.

So even being picky, our man might still be right!
