Post subject: DNS Error

Why is it that when you type a domain name to go to, one time it's there
and another time it says it can't find it. What causes this? Same like with
or without the www prefix. One time it works with and another time not.

It can be multiple things other than DNS< maybe the person hosting the site
just dosnt have their server online all the time, you can only see it when
the server is online.

Site in Frame error - I made one site with address subsite.site.com. I have one other site with name www.othersite.com that contain frame with first site. In 2 case - I can't manipulate with session variables and cookies ! What is solution.

PHPMyAdmin header info error - I'm perplexed. I've installed PHPMyAdmin before without a hitch, but it isn't playing with this server. I've set up the config file properly; user, password, auth_type set to config. The absolute URI is correct, and I've tried variations and leaving....
