HAVE A DATABASE PROJECT - NEED TO HIRE A PROGRAMMER - ANYB..

Hola,
I am looking for someone to do a fairly simple PHP programming job for
my client. Payment will be made via PayPal (we are in Mexico). It would
be a database for surf school student photos.

We will need to be able to search for each student by last name, date,
month or year. When clicked it will display all images available of that
student. They will then be able to email off an image and invite people
to look at other images in the student's photo database. It would also
be nice if when they receive the email it somehow says: "From _______
_______ Surf School in Cabo".

The site will be "live" in the next couple weeks, whichs means the
project will need to be done by then as well. We will have the domain up
"live" on a server in about a week, with the following installed:

Operating System Linux Kernel Version 2.6.7-1-grsec
Apache Version 1.3.31 (Unix) Perl Version
5.8.3 PHP Version
4.3.8 MySQL Version 4.0.20-standard

cost, how long it will take, links to any website databased samples of
yours I can peruse and for any further questions.

I have read the comments in this group for along time and I feel I can
trust the abilities and know you people better than taking a chance on
one of those freelance sites that are mainly 80% Hindu programmers and
designers.

If this can be done another way (other than MySQL), please let me know
how....
