Why do I get QIed for the (undocumented) ILogUIPlugin2 with IID_LOGGINGUI2
instead of the (expected) ILogUIPlugin with IID_LOGGINGUI?

It doesn't even try to fall back to ILogUIPlugin; it's ILogUIPlugin2 or
nothing.
