Post subject: Crazy Characters in web pages after update
Archived from groups: alt>apache>configuration (more info?)

After I updated my apache server from 1.3x to 2.x all the pages on my
server have been showing symbols in place of:

Spaces (Å)
Quotes " (‘)
And Apostrophes ' (’)

I haven't seen other errors.

And..Yes! I checked httpd.conf. The charset is set to latin 1.

What could be causing this?
