To complete a full server refresh of a webpage it is recommended to do a
<CTRL - Refresh> (ie hold down the CTRL key while clicking on the IE Refresh
button.

What code do I need that will make this happen (ie <CTRL -
Refresh>) automatically whenever a person visits/opens the page.
