Configuring Virtual Hosts on Apache with Ensim

Hi myself and friend are pretty new to all this. Basically we have
one static class C IP, a server running apache, red hat, and also
Ensim Hosting software.

We would love to setup the server such that we can add multiple (in
fact many) virtual hosts to the one IP and have Ensim pickup on all
hosts. If anyone has ever done this or know how to set this up, your
help would be really appriciated. We've seen a number of entries
referring to the config file, but in our case this appears to be
missing.
