Post subject: Configuring OWA Outside the Default Web Site
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

I need to move OWA from the Default Web Site to another
site that I created on the same server. Or at least be
able to access the OWA from the new web site. I read on
microsoft.com how to do it in for Exchange 5.5 and IIS
4.5 But I am running Server 2003 with Exchange 2003 and
the settings are not the same. Also the default website
is at port 80 and the new site is on 8080. 8080 is the
port that the firewall redirects to. Anyone have any
suggestions?

Hello,
You might want to ping the Exchange newsgroup regarding setting up OWA
under a non-default site. Please post to microsoft.public.exchange with
your questions.
As far as port 8080 is concerned, you should be ok as long as the clients
specify it in the url (http://www.site.com:443/exchange)
Good luck!
