My first guess is that you don't have a keyboard and thus can't type
the appropriate URL to get to the site. I could be wrong though, you
don't provide much information to base my guess on.

Start with basics. Can you ping by IP? By name? Browse through
Network Neighborhood? Do you get an error, and if so, what *exactly*
is it?

Without specifying this type of info, your question is a bit like
asking "My friend can start a lawnmower but I cant, why is that?"

Try hitting via http://ipaddress and see if that helps. If you have a static IP and a URL, it could be your router is not allowing you to go
out and then come back in, which is common. Also, in IIS, check to see if you have the site bound to a specific IP address, or all
unassigned.

Thank you. I hope this information is helpful.
