There was a website that I ran across a while ago that had a bunch of
color schemes that people had uploaded. Each scheme was named and you
could search based on a color name or such.

The colors were displayed in small boxes. Does this ring a bell to
anyone? I just can't seem to find the web address for it.

I have searched for 'web colors', 'color schemes', etc.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like "Colors on the Web":

http://www.colorsontheweb.com/colorschemes.asp

I have also found these sites to be of great use for developing colour
schemes:

http://www.colormatch.dk/
http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html
http://www.siteprocentral.com/html_color_code.html

and my personal favourite:

http://www.colorsontheweb.com/colorwizard.asp

Which is the colour wizard from the "Colors on the Web" site, and can
help choose some beautiful schemes.
