ColdFusion IIS

Hi.
I've install ColdFusion on computer with Win2000
Professional. Mappings for .cfm files are set correctly in
IIS. But when I try to open .cfm page I get following error

The server has encountered an error while loading an
application during the processing of your request.

In event log I has this message

Event Source: W3SVC
Event Category: None
Event ID: 36
Description:
The server failed to load application ''. The error
was 'The specified metadata was not found.'.

Can anybody explain what does it mean?

I've fixed it.

I don't why Allairy doesn't describe it in its
documentation.
I set Application protection for my server
to Low (IIS Process) and it helped.
