Post subject: Caching problem?

I'm running IIS on Windows 2000. Server is up to date on
patches. The problem I'm having is in regards to a
simple html page. The virtual server for this site was
originally pointing to a different page. I changed its
home directory and default doc but the old page is still
coming up. If I browse the virtual server from the IIS
admin, it serves up the old page as well. I've tried
deleting and recreating this virtual server, rebooting and
stopping and restarting the WWW publishing service but
it's not working. Any advise would be much appreciated.

You might want to try and set the site to expire after a certain amount of
time as well using the MMC, on the "HTTP Headers" tab you will find that you
can set the expiration time of your web pages.

Are you sure there is no proxy server or similar that may be caching an old
version of the page? (check your browser's settings)

Cheers
