I wonder how I can change the icon that appears in address bar for my
website.

My website shows the common "e" icon. Many website show their own logo icon.
(e.g. in www.devguru.com)

I recall we need to change something or put something in somewhere in IIS
directory.

Any help is much appreciated.

You have to put a file named favicon.ico in the root of your website.
