Post subject: Adding news content to website
Archived from groups: alt>www>webmaster (more info?)

Hi folks,

I'm trying to make my personal site more then just an 'about me' site.
I want to add news and content from technical sites like Slashdot and
maybe even CNN, MSNBC, or some other world news website. I've already
used the Google API to integrate a Google search into my page, but
this isn't enough. I want a one-stop place for me to go for news,
weather, search, the works... but with my personal stuff Smile

So, any ideas on whether any news sites have an API or even an XML
export of the latest headlines?

Thanks,

Keegan

Sorry. That one's not free. If you're interested in finding out how much it
would cost you:

The nerve of those people!

Oh well. It's hard to make decent money in exchange for providing a service
if advertising is your only revenue source.
